Part-time Art Teacher

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School in Greenville, SC is a family of faith, offering exceptional academic instruction while supporting the faith development of all students. Our mission is to prepare students K3-5 grade for leadership and service in a changing world, by inspiring them to achieve their full potential in spiritual, academic, and physical fitness development.  We currently serve 140 students.

 

Role Description

 

This is a part-time on-site role for an Art Teacher. The Art Teacher will be responsible for teaching and developing curriculum for art education to students in K3-5th grades.

 

Qualifications

 

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Classroom management

• Expertise in Teaching Art Education

• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to fit student needs and skill levels

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field

• Licensed in SC or able to transfer current licensure to SC

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in a Catholic school or religious setting is a plus
